Each function is special.
I know you hear this all the time, but we realise the last thing you need to think about is the feeding of your guests. We can arrange a simple buffet through to a sit down 3 course meal with choices. All you need to do is decide what is best suited to your requirements and we will do the rest. Just a quick note to say thank you very much for your efforts on Saturday. The food was fantastic and your staff were to the same standard. I know Chicken had a wonderful day and this was in no small part due to you and your girls.
I finished at 2.00am the next morning so I was feeling wonderful on Sunday as you could well imagine. The venue worked a treat as well so Wiz wants to have our work xmas function there and get you to do the catering, so be warned.

We have additional staff available for all events from set up people to bar and wait staff and will provide these people for you at an additional rate of $30.00 per hour.
All the staff at Black Wattle Catering wear our uniform proudly and when in the kitchen wear the compulsory hats and gloves.
